At Eve Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is in its original condition and packaging to facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Our specialized furniture courier will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time window for the curbside or in-home pickup of your return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
